All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include very small bubbles, slight variances of colour from what appears on screen, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item.

With patterned earrings, there are often multiple pairs available in that style. Your pair will be cut from the same slab as pictured, but the pattern may vary from the photo. As well, although I strive for accuracy, colours may vary slightly in real life from what appears on screen. 

Returns and Exchanges:

My goal is to have happy customers. If you are unhappy with an item please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and a refund can be arranged within 3 days after your package has arrived. Be sure to include any original packaging so that I can process your return. Please include your order number with your return package. Refund will be made after I have receive the returned item(s). Return orders must be dispatched within 14 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

Refunds are not available on custom and personalized items.


All orders are shipped using Canada Post. My current processing time for made-to-order and pre-order items is 5 to 10 business days. Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within three business days of the order being placed. If your order consists of a combination of ready-to-ship and made-to-order/pre-order items, everything will be shipped together when the order is complete. Standard domestic shipping DOES NOT include tracking. If you would feel more secure with tracking please make sure to upgrade your shipping option at checkout. Canadian and US orders over $125 qualify for free tracked shipping.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any customs/duties charged by your country, this is something I do not have control over.

Please keep in mind that I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once I drop it off, or if a package is lost by Canada Post, and I will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for issues that may be caused by Canada Post, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. I will not refund or replace these items.
